Return & Exchange Guidelines

At Cielo, your satisfaction is our priority.
If you experience any issue with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Only If:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is unused, with all original packaging, tags, and protective elements intact.
  • The size received does not match the one ordered.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Please provide photographic proof of the issue when contacting us.
  • Each case will be reviewed individually to ensure a fair solution.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; however, Cielo covers the cost of sending the exchanged item.

Processing Time

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 working days for processing.
  • During busy periods (such as sales or launches), processing may take up to 14 working days.

Size Exchanges

If you need a different size, you can exchange your product by contacting us within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused and returned with all original tags and packaging.
  • Please note: White and Neon products are non-exchangeable due to their sensitive nature.

Refunds

Refunds are processed if:

  • You received a defective or damaged item.
  • There was a fulfillment error on our side.

Note:

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may take 7–10 working days after approval.

Important Conditions

Returns and exchanges may not be accepted if:

  • The request is made after 7 days from delivery.
  • The item has been used, worn, damaged, or tampered with.
